Return Policy – Watch Buy

At Watch Buy, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Watches – If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with proof of damage.

  • Incorrect Orders – If you receive the wrong item due to an order or warehouse error.

  • Change of Mind – Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the watch is in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and protective seals intact.

2. Exclusions from Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or Worn Products – Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty – Our watches do not include manufacturer warranties. Instead, every watch is covered by a 2-year in-house warranty from Watch Buy. In the event of functional issues, customers are responsible for return shipping to our international warehouse (address provided upon approval).

3. Return Process

  • Step 1 – Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return. Email support@watch-buy.com or contact us via our social media channels.

  • Step 2 – Authorization: Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  • Step 3 – Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be securely packed and shipped with tracking to:

We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Step 4 – Inspection & Refund/Replacement: Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, you will receive either a refund or replacement, depending on product availability.

4. Timeframes

  • Return Window: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: Processed within 2–4 business days after inspection of the returned item.

5. International Orders

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Watch Buy handles customs clearance for all international orders. Customers will not be charged additional duties or taxes.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is 10–20 working days. Please note that unforeseen customs or transit delays may occur.
