He began designing a chronograph that would be functional but also undeniably elegant and infinitely wearable—in his words, “the unmistakable stamp of impeccable taste.” He called this new line the Premier. To create its modern Premier, Breitling preserved distinctive vintage-Premier details, including the smooth fixed bezel, twin-register dial, streamlined rectangular pushers and applied Arabic numerals.
